Is there something you can’t manage yourself, or maybe you don’t feel confident to do it? Are you too busy, and don’t have time? Is it an unpleasant job? We can help! Here’s how –

We are happy to consider any other work – just ask!

So far as possible we recycle the waste products of our business, and we always leave the place clean and tidy after work. Where possible we recycle useful materials for use on future contracts: this keeps our prices low, and often gives a more pleasing result. When we propose to use “previously-used” materials we will discuss it with you first.

Our estimates are free, and we don’t make a call-out charge. Our charges are based on how long the job takes and what the materials cost us. There are no hidden extras, and we will discuss and agree with you any unforeseen costs.

Before starting we’ll agree what needs to be done, how we’ll do it, how much we expect it will cost, and when you’ll pay us. We do all we can to make our prices affordable and ensure that you are satisfied with the job. We’ll be there when YOU need us – evenings, weekends, bank holidays.

We operate a property maintenance service for landlords including carrying out inspections and repairs/cleaning.
